The Ethiopian Capital Market Administrative Tribunal (ECMAT) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Harari Regional Supreme Court and the Dire Dawa Administration Appellate Court.
The agreements were signed during a second-round training program organized by ECMAT for participants from judicial and justice institutions drawn from the Somali Regional State, Harari Regional State, and the Dire Dawa Administration.
Under the agreements, the two courts will collaborate with ECMAT to jointly organize training platforms on capital market issues for judicial and justice sector institutions. The partnership is also expected to help ensure consistent legal interpretation in court disputes related to the capital market sector.
