The Ethiopian Capital Market Administrative Tribunal (ECMAT), in collaboration with FSD Ethiopia held the stakeholder consultation on the draft of a book entitled “Capital Market Guidebook for Judges and Lawyers” which is intended to serve judges and legal professionals.
The full guidebook, which incorporates the valuable inputs gathered from relevant stakeholders on the draft prepared for judges and legal professionals on the capital market legal framework, is available at the link below. The draft was developed in collaboration between the Ethiopian Capital Market Administrative Tribunal and FSD Ethiopia.
